Currently starting a small business with a partner, focusing on providing web and technology services to other small businesses.

Support IUMG-SC desktop systems and users, deploy new desktops, install client software on outside computers for accessing IUMG-SC servers.

Tested, modified, configured, and packaged products, including RAID Arrays, external hard drive enclosures, forensic adapters, and Linux-based CD duplicators. Helped train other production technicians on procedures for two new products.

Upgraded software on student computers, re-imaged 400 student laptops, and wrote script to empty home directories. Performed other general computer-related maintenance, such as moving computers between schools.

Created web and desktop application for district libraries to show books that SRC tests were available for. Applications used SQL Server database and used C#.NET 2.0. Written documentation was also provided.

Imaged and renamed student computers and installed new hardware, including 300 new laptops for student use. Wrote scripts to automate adding printers to computers and creating home directories.
